Post Game Day analysis

Wow, Game Day for BEST-Dallas 2009 Robotics has come and gone! We learned a lot, enough so that after lunch the original robot underwent major surgery and came out a lean, mean fighting machine (at least more so than the morning version). The redo enabled the Fulton team robot  to pick up the handballs, tennis balls, and tomato paste cans, and resulted in us moving from the bottom of the scorecard to the middle. All in all it was a great experience and we have learned a lot that will help us with the 2010 competition, because we do intend to come back! We'd like to thank everyone at BEST-Dallas and their corporate sponsors for putting on this event. And for all the support from family, friends and Fulton. Now to relax before going back to regular Physics class next week.

Demo Day: two weeks and counting!

The robot survived Demo Day at JJ Pearce HS in Richardson. We have our work cut out for us over the next 14 days until Game Day at UTD but we can do it!

Welcome to The Fulton School's Robotics Team Blog!

This is The Fulton School's (www.thefultonschool.org) first year to enter the Dallas-BEST robotics competition (www.dallas-best.org). Our team is small but dedicated! Please visit our blog to view our progress in building our first robot.
